If you are not delighted with your purchase, I need to be contacted about your intentions to return it for exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt. I have to be firm about this deadline because I’m an underpaid artist and need to put your payment to good use fairly quickly!
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly as computer monitors may not show the colors exactly the same.
Location
My home is my studio where your orders are shipped from. I’m based at 20032 N Coyote Lakes Parkway, Surprise, AZ 85378. I don’t have a physical shop, but if you’re in my area, you’re very welcome to drop in and see the goods on hand – but please give me a call first.
Prices and Currency
Prices are stated in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. When ordering from outside of the United States, your credit card will be charged in your currency at the current exchange rate once the order is processed. Click here for currency converter. Please note that no sales tax is calculated on orders outside of the state of Arizona.
What forms of payment are accepted for on-line purchases?
We use Pay Pal and accept major credit cards. You are automatically billed when you place your order. It’s quick, easy and secure. Pay Pal is the industry standard for on-line transactions. It’s easy to sign up for a PayPal account if you don’t have one. NOTE: you don’t have to register with Pay Pal to use it.
Want to pay by check? I’m happy to accept a checks or money order but please allow extra time for your check to clear.
What destinations do you ship to?
We ship FREE anywhere within the U.S. We’re happy to ship world wide, but we may need to quote a special shipping rate outside the U.S.
Can I ship to an address other than mine?
Yes, if you are purchasing gifts for other people, we’re happy to send these gifts to your friends and family. All billing related information will still be forwarded directly to you.
When will you ship my order?
Most orders are usually shipped within 2 or 3 business days from the time your order is received. We’ll contact you if we anticipate undue delays.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
U.S.: Parcels can take between 2 – 8 days. Express post 2-4 days
Surface can take more than 3 weeks and air between 1-3 weeks. Express post is fast taking between 3 – 5 days. International orders are usually shipped via air and may take up to 3 weeks. *USA surface and air parcels may take additional time to clear US Customs service. You are responsible for possible duties that may be charged.
If you want your parcel to arrive for by a certain date, be certain and ask to send it Express. Additional rates may apply.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping and handling is included in the price of the artwork if shipped within the U.S.
