Verdant Drifting
I’m an abstract artist that feels closely connected with the thoughts of space where our planet’s nature might meet the subtle rhythms of the vastness of the universe. In this piece, color and texture flow together, representing how nature may weave its patterns in ways we cannot even observe. It reminds me that even as we falter in our care of our planet, the world’s forces continue to move with purpose grounded in beauty and balance that will live to infinity no matter if humanity does not. This work was a gentle time when my brain relied on my silent emotions, and I just accepted thoughts of creativity without specifically mapping an artistic direction.
This artwork includes watercolor, acrylic paint, alcohol ink, fine line pen drawing, collage papers, and metallic gilding.
